Abstract Interactions features the explorative drawing and painting work of four Mars Landing Galleries artists:
Denby Dale, Sondra Dorn, Barbara Fisher and Al Schlimm.
While each artist approaches the aesthetic notion of abstraction somewhat differently, this show seeks to highlight the inherent ‘conversations’ that may be found among the pieces, exploring both the connections and contrasts that arise when considering the interplay of the works. As such, this show is purposefully installed in small groupings – rather than isolated by one artist’s artistic style or approach – to prompt a dialog of sorts amongst the artwork, the space and the viewers.
